The Anatomy of a Focused Life
Find out how to live a focused life

Intrinsically we all know that focus is key to leveling up our lives. But seldom do we think about the anatomy of focus?
I believe if we get a grasp of this concept it can better help us benefit from the power of focus because understanding breeds empowerment.
The anatomy of a focused life
*Goals + Energy + time = focus*
These components help build concentration into your life: now let’s break this down
*Goals*:
if you have nothing to aim towards, you have no place to invest your energy towards.
Becoming clear on your destination allows you to understand what it will take to reach where you want to arrive
Energy:
To be focused means you are channeling your effort and energy towards a clear path.
We can do many things to optimise our energy but Unfortunately, our energy is limited.
When you combine a goal and intentional energy you are on the way to a focused life, but there is still one component missing.
Time:
A focused life will require time. We measure time in minutes, days, years it all really depends on what you are trying to achieve.
Our goals and energy should guide us to devise a strategy to use our time wisely.
Now to summarise, a focused life requires discipline.
We reap the benefits of a focused life when our goals are clear, our energy is optimally used, and we manage our time efficiently for the life we desire.
