Purpose. Mission. Focus.

The more we lose ourselves in contributing what we were born to give to the world, the quicker we discover our journey of fulfilment. For that reason, we need to become so committed to our purpose that it repels any distraction.

Of course, at times, things can easily distract us. But life’s unexpected circumstances are meant to teach us that, while we make solid plans, we must hold them with fluid hearts.

Our purpose serves as an internal compass. Our mission is what drives the difference we want to create in the world. Our focus and effort become the vessel through which we carry out our purpose and mission.

Remember, the reason behind what we do is not good enough until it becomes relevant to those we intend to impact.

In conclusion, purpose and mission are validated by the measure of impact and influence they create in people’s lives and organisations. So, may purpose guide you, mission inspire you, and focus drive your meaningful work forward.
