Have you ever been so pressed on every side that you have nowhere else to run or hide? It’s almost like life forces you to a breaking point only to see what will be born.

Today is that day for me. I look at my life, and I realise this isn’t it.I am not living to my highest potential. I am not fulfilled. I know there is so much more I can offer this world, and I am on the path to discovering it.

So, what do you do to begin to change your life?

1. Make a quality decision.

Well, the first thing I think you should do is decide that today is the day things will change. Things don’t change until you decide they will.

As long as we dwell on the negative, we reap more of the negative. Today, draw the line in the sand. So many of us bow to challenges like victims, but we were born to rise to challenges like warriors.

2. Refuse to feel sorry for yourself

Feeling sorry for yourself is not the same as self-compassion. One empowers you to change another, and the other disempowers you and keeps you stuck.

I’ve wasted so much time feeling sorry for myself where I could have made progress. Here’s the secret: while you are feeling sorry for yourself, other people are winning with the same hand you’ve been dealt.

To conclude, make a quality decision that, from today on, things will get better, and witness the miracle that they actually do.
