Escaping The Frantic Pace of Life
How busyness is suffocating our contentment

Choosing to slow down and be mindful is a superpower in a world where our attention and energy are constantly in demand.
From social media to home life to work life, not to mention all of our other aspirations, life can feel like a pull from all directions that only leaves you depleted. But is this way of life beneficial to our progression?
The simple answer is no.
I believe those who have lived in the past would be astounded by our frantic pace of life.
The truth is that peace does not come to us without the ruthless elimination of hurry. Hurry is the enemy of intentional living, so if you truly want to savour life, you must make space for yourself to slow down and become present.
Remember Your time is priceless. So much so that giant corporations are working hard to find ways to hack your mind and profit from your focus.
Now consider what your life would be like if you chose not to live on auto-pilot. Your not created to just go through motions until your burnt out. You don’t have to lead with a frazzled mind; clarity is yours to possess, but it will require effort.
Now may you find the courage to disconnect from anything that distracts your heart and mind from the blessed life you were born to live.
